This information was released by the Social Security Administration and covers all disability awards for the 2008 calendar year.  Here are the breakdowns:

Musculoskeletal system and connective tissue         31.2%

Mental Disorders                                                                     22.3%

Circulatory system                                                                 10.3%

Neoplasms                                                                                  9.3%

Nervous system and sense organs                                   8.2%

All other impairments                                                           18.7%
