I Have To Wait How Long For A Disability Hearing?!
If you’re reading this blog, you’ve probably heard the horror stories of how long some people wait to get a hearing date from the Social Security Administration. To make matters worse, the hearing level takes place after a claimant has already been denied for benefits. I am not publishing this to discourage claimants. But I want disability-hopefuls to be aware of the process.
Every so often, the Social Security Administration releases a ranking report to the general public in an effort to show how efficient – or inefficient – their specific hearing locations are. While this list includes every hearing office in the United States, it’s just an average and should be treated as such.
