How To Get A Hearing Quicker
Unfortunately, there is no sure fire way to speed up your hearing date. And any lawyer who says they can guarantee you a hearing date within a certain time period is lying. The Social Security Administration processes each claim on an independent basis and the only claims that are “fast tracked” are those that fall under the Compassionate Allowances program.
However, there is another situation where a claimant’s case might be potentially expedited by an Administrative Law Judge. While this situation is a rare one, Administrative Law Judges do expedite specific cases from time to time.
