Back Pain Killing You?
Debilitating back pain is one of the most common impairments in the disability world. Whether a person suffers from severe back pain as a result of a car accident, a sports injury, or just developed it over time, back injuries can seriously limit a person’s ability to function in the workplace.
Individuals who perform manual labor on a daily basis are obviously prevented from performing their daily work as a result of their persistent back pain, but back injuries can even affect a person who sits all day in front of a computer. For instance, if you need to take periodic breaks or you need to get up and walk around as a result of your severe back pain, this can be a major limitation and might prevent you from performing in a competitive 8-hour workday.
